Cancellation Policy & Refunds

This policy applies to all bookings made through the website art studios.gr.
1. Free Cancellation
The guest can cancel the reservation without charge up to thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival.
In this case, any amount paid will be fully refunded with the same method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
2. Cancellation Within 30 Days
In case of cancellation within thirty (30) days before the date of arrival, will be charged the 100% of the total value of the reservation.
No refund is available.
3. No Show (No Show)
In case the guest doesn't show up on the date of arrival without prior written update, will be charged the 100% of the total value of the reservation.
4. Early Departure
In case of early departure of the visitor, is not refundable, the amount corresponding to the non nights.
5. How To Cancel
The cancellation shall be considered valid only if it is made:

orThrough the booking system website (if provided relevant feature)
The date of the receipt of the request for cancellation is considered the official date of cancellation.
6. Exceptional Cases
The company reserves the right to examine case-by-case requests for cancellation for reasons of force majeure.
